At Amanda J Edwin, Paralegal & Notary Services, we value your time and strive to provide prompt, professional service to every client. To ensure fairness to all clients and the effective use of appointment availability, we ask that you review and adhere to the following cancellation policy.

Advance Notice Requirement

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations will be treated as a late cancellation unless due to a documented emergency.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.

• If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you where possible.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may:

• Cancel directly through your calendar invitation — simply decline or remove the event and we will be notified.

• Send us an email with your name, appointment date and time, and the reason for cancellation.

• Reply STOP to any appointment reminder text message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications.
