Additional fee per document: $15.00
Commissioning services may be done in person or virtually. It is your responsibility to find out if the organization will accept a document that is commissioned virtually.
Virtual commissioning will be conducted via Zoom. A link will be sent to you via email once the appointment is confirmed. Zoom meetings are automatically recorded; therefore, agreeing to a virtual meeting means that you are consenting to being recorded.
Note that fees are already discounted therefore they are non-negotiable. At this time, there are no HST fees. Payments can be made by cash, e-transfer, debit card, or credit card. E-transfers must be sent to kwnotary4u@gmail.com.

Additional documents - $15.00 each for up to 6 documents.
Photocopies of documents can be certified as true copies.
Original documents must be presented to the notary for inspection in order to certify the copies.
For more than six (6) documents, an additional discount will be applied at the discretion of the notary.

For notary services, bring along a valid form of identification and a life certificate. The quoted fee is already discounted for seniors.

Legal document drafting is available for affidavits only. This service is offered as a stand alone or unbundled service. The fee starts at $50.00 and will be dependent on the type and scope of the affidavit.
As a paralegal, Amanda does not draft or provide advice on separation agreements, wills or powers of attorney as these are out of her scope of practice.
